isolux-wall technology - rethink construction

The new building systems for residential construction are much more than just a different way of building. Based on a high level of thermal insulation, the cost reduction potential of building construction is consistently implemented with new ideas. This enables fast and cost effective construction with the highest quality of living and climate-neutral living. The new constructive isolux dry construction composite columns are the key to this global challenge.

Transformation of globally established building standards

The material and cost-saving post construction has proven itself worldwide and is therefore increasingly used in general building construction. The stud construction is ubiquitous in timber construction. The sound and fire protection requirements for residential buildings can also be implemented with the principles of lightweight and dry construction in a significantly more economical, resource-efficient and, above all, CO2-reduced manner. That is why today almost only plasterboard is used for non-load-bearing interior walls. Stand constructions and, when building high-rise buildings, only concrete pillar constructions
(Skeleton construction) used. These two construction methods have now been combined in the new system. The dry wall and wall connections are integrated into the static column and the profiles are produced with the latest technologies. (tailor welded coils) A new era begins with the constructive isolux-drywall composite columns, environmentally friendly and at the same time a very economical construction.

The isolux drywall composite columns

The patented composite columns consist of roll-formed galvanized steel profiles with different thickness sections and different steel grades. The profile section for the static load-bearing support has a sheet thickness of only 1.0 to 2.5 mm and a yield point of 600 to 1200 N / mm2 and the elastically offset section with the drywall contact surface consists of 0.6 mm thick S 235- Steel. This means that the material is used sparingly and in accordance with the requirements, and there is no need for site assemblies.

The filigree isolux composite supports enable statically load-bearing exterior and interior walls and, if necessary, the mounting of insulating materials, intermediate layers and installations and the later sound- and fire-decoupled cladding with plasterboard. All types of facade and insulation material can be used.

Examples of wall cross-sections with dimensionally stable and blown insulation materials

  1. drywall-steel profile-concrete composite support, concrete-filled hollow profile with openings, standard support spacing 120 cm

  2. reinforced mineral external plaster, at the same time airtight layer;

  3. dimensionally stable insulation body with profiles on the sides, 25 to 33 cm thick, z. B. EPS neopor, mineral fiber composite, mineral foam, lightweight brick, wood foam, wood fiber, cardboard honeycomb, bale of straw, SIP's;

  4. inserted sound insulation sheet, approx. 6 cm thick;

  5. installation level, about 3 cm deep;

  6. solid plasterboard (25 mm thick), mounted horizontally;

  7. self-supporting facade covering;

  8. rear ventilation level;

  9. space-enclosing weather protection stretching membrane;

  10. blown insulation material (e.g. straw, cellulose) or unstable insulation panels;

  11. onstruction panel with ribs, airtight and diffusion-inhibiting;

  12. stable insulation material with low thermal bridge facade brackets;

  13. Structural insulation, in particular for window frames;

Drywall concrete composite column

The synergy of the technology fields of concrete construction, steel construction and dry construction opens up extensive building possibilities with the isolux modular system; From the garage to the skyscraper, every requirement can be efficiently met. The tubular composite columns are filled with concrete and together with the reinforced concrete beam, form the supporting structure of the wall. On the construction site, the lightweight individual parts are simply plugged together form-fittingly and connected automatically by the concrete casting.

Drywall steel composite stud

So far, the light steel construction houses in dry construction have not been able to prevail because there are building physics deficiencies, the thick-walled stud profiles are difficult to process and therefore do not allow the client to do their own work.With the new isolux-composite studs, the load-bearing steel construction (wall / ceiling / roof) is combined with simple drywall. Even the non-specialized drywall builder can now work with the usual workmanship, with better building physics, with less use of steel and with lower costs overall and also offer drywall houses themselves. This is the breakthrough for steel construction houses. The construction system is suitable for a maximum of 3 residential floors, additional storeys or commercial buildings and can be easily and quickly processed by anyone.
